This week Sorcha attended the Wild Bee Fest in Tralee Bay Wetlands, to learn more about the importance of bees and other pollinators. According to the national Biodiversity Data Centre, over half of Irish bee species have declined in the past 40 years. Niamh Ni Dhuill from Transition Kerry explains how important bees truly are for us and Dr. Una Fitzpatrick outlines the nationwide Pollinator Plan.
