- It is also aiming to reduce it’s plastic use and carbon footprint.
- The hotel group has created a 2024 Food Charter which outlines 10 key commitments that will help them to achieve their goal of becoming a greener hospitality partner

What You Can Do:
- Consider reducing your food waste at home through portion control, using ingredients across a number of recipes, using every part of a food item, freezing what you don’t eat.
- Reduce plastic by investing in reusable materials like water bottles, tote bags, reusable food wraps and avoiding single use plastics.
- Consider your energy consumption, turn off appliances you don’t need on and only turn on appliances as you need them.
