PickerPals is a free school programme that gets children excited about climate.
Participating classrooms get one pack that one child gets to take home each week to go a litter-picking adventure with their families
The class also gains access to a wealth of resources at no cost as well as year round activities
Why it’s important!
118 classrooms from 81 schools in Donegal have taken part since 2020.
Nationally, over 360 tonnes of litter has been removed through the programme.
2.4 million hours of environmental learning has taken place through the project.
