In this episode Max talks with Arklow Chef, Tadgh Byrne about his new documentary “Dinner 2050, Future of Food in Ireland”a documentary exploring how Ireland will eat in 2050.
Tadgh runs Críoch Catering, an Arklow-based catering company which specialises in featuring local, seasonal and sustainable produce.
The independently-produced film is an hour long and looks at issues such as how technology will change farming, food security, robot chefs, drone deliveries and sustainability in the food supply chain.
The documentary is narrated by Wicklow Celebrity Chef Catherine Fulvio.
The film will be screened in the following venues:

- Arklow Library 24th February @ 11am
- Wicklow Library 27th February @ 6pm
