How can we cook more sustainably?

- Plan your meals to reduce the amount of food waste sent to landfill
- Be mindful of water usage when cooking by using enough water for your food and reusing water when possible, like using pasta water to water plants.
- Buy local ingredients – not only does this reduce the carbon footprint of your meal, but it also supports local communities, farmers and growers.
