How Wild Pixie make their products sustainable?
- Everything that can be made by hand is, this includes the soaps, lotions and skincare products, decoupage art on the coasters, flowers are also dried locally.
- The wool for the woolen art pictures and for the little fairy, pumpkin and mushroom creations, is all sourced from County Kerry.
- The willow for the willow baskets and plant stands, as well as art pieces, is grown in County Limerick in Knockainey, in the garden of the weaver, while she also grows the flowers, which are dried for the art pieces.
- Stones for the pebble art are collected from beaches around Ireland.
- The pixies, as they call themselves, say that 75% of their products will not be found anywhere else.
- There are glass chimes, made from recycled glass, which has been tumbled.
