Louth County Council Amenity Grant Scheme Eligibility Criteria:

All interested groups must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Amenity Grant Scheme:

Formal Establishment: Groups must be formally established and able to provide satisfactory evidence of their existence.

Documentation: Submission of minutes from AGM/Meetings, as well as income and expenditure records, may be required.

Voluntary Nature: Applying groups must be of a voluntary nature and tax compliant. Tax registration/clearance certificates will be necessary.

Separate Bank Account: All applying groups must possess a separate bank account dedicated to their activities.

Louth County Council encourages eligible groups to apply for the Amenity Grant Scheme and take advantage of the opportunity to enhance community well-being.

Applications can be obtained from the Louth County Council website at https://www.louthcoco.ie/amenitygrants2024 and/or through Louth County Council’s Consult portal at https://consult.louthcoco.ie/en/applications

If an application cannot be completed online, a downloadable application form will be available on the Louth County Council website www.louthcoco.ie and can be submitted traditionally by post or email.

Completed application forms can be forwarded to: Amenity Grant Scheme, Community Section, Louth County Council, County Hall, Millennium Centre, Dundalk A91 KFW6. Alternatively, you can email the Community Section at [email protected] for additional information/guidelines on the Scheme.

The closing date for the scheme is Monday, March 15th, 2023. Applications submitted after this date will not be eligible for inclusion in the Amenity Grant Scheme.
