Offaly County Council plans to cut emissions, boost energy efficiency and lead climate action locally as it turns Tullamore into a Decarbonisation Zone.
The initiative will focus on transport, energy, waste management and community engagement.
The goal is to find successful strategies that can then be scaled up and implemented across the rest of the county.
