“Greening Waterford one tree at a time” that’s the motto of the Waterford Trees for Life Initiative.
Brian Jacob is the man behind the project, carried out in conjunction with Waterford Lyons Club, SETU and the National Biodiversity Date Centre here in Waterford.
Our reporter, Clodagh Walsh joined the volunteers as they helped pupils from St Paul’s school plant 300 trees.
